I'm de-lurking to give praise to the AERC Office.  Yesterday I received a phone call from a very nice lady (whose name I'm sorry to say I did not make a note of), to verify my address.  My postal carrier had returned this month's copy of the Endurance News marked as undeliverable.  She made sure she had a correct address and said that she would be mailing out a copy by first class mail.

I'm very impressed by this level of service.  I'm always gotten my News in a reasonably timely manner.  I'm an ex postal worker myself, so I KNOW the background on delivery of bulk mail (Those bundles of magazines get VERY HEAVY <lol>). I hadn't even started worrying about not getting it yet, and she's already taken care of the problem.

Well, that's all folks.  Just thought I'd pass on something nice that happened.
