I have a stupid question that I hope someone can answer.  Does AERC require a saddle to be used during a 100 or 50 mile AERC sanctioned event?  I looked over the AERC rules and couldn't find anything and have had several people tell me that there is a rule that specifically stipulates the use of a saddle.
