    Maybe I can help...What you need to do is cut the back of the easyboot 
level with the back strap.  Then you can also cut 1 - 2 ridges of the heel 
strap.  Make sure the the heel strap does not touch the heel bulbs or any 
where near the hair line.  More questions? Get back with me.  I'll be glad to
