Easyboots rubbing

To add to my original post......
I cut out the back of the easyboot to the "line" drawn on the boot.....the 
back of the boot didn't come close to her foot.  The strap appeared to be 
tight across the bulbs.   Should the strap come up higher....above the bulbs? 
 I tried to get the strap up as high as possible.  HELP!!!  Bonnie
