Re: RC: soreness from rides

Hi Tina
I have a friend whose doctor told him to eat a can of Vienna sausages
(you know, those gross things your mother used to give you), and calcium
lactate to prevent soreness after a long ride. I know, I know, it sounds
bizarre but it works! Something to do with the glands in the pig
whatevers that is in the sausages (and I don't want to know any more).
Don't knock it until you've tried it!
