VALERIAN



Hi, guys.  There is a lengthy debate going on on Horseman's Advisor re
Valerian, its efficacy and its legality.


I've enclosed the latest argument.


Can one of you bright sparks educate me, so that I can educate the other
folks, and look seriously clever for a while?
