Paddi,

	AERC does not have any rules restricting the age of a junior, but ride
management has the option of adding more stringent rules if they opt too,
but has to be published to the ride, and make all entrants aware of them.
Also, any additional rules to that ride, must also be published so that
everyone see's them at a ride site.
