I believe (don't quote me, call 1800 PICKUPS), that you can look at the
packing slip, but not actually open the package. UPS is NOT in the business
of guaranteeing YOUR satisfaction with goods  purchased, only the CONDITION.
Call UPS for REAL facts.

You can always refuse a package, BEFORE it is opened, but not after.
