Warning: Do NOT accept a UPS package if it appears damaged. Call 1800 PICKUPS
right then while the driver is there for instructions. Some claims will not be
honored if you wait for the driver the leave and open your package to find goods
damaged. UPS will NOT be responsible if the shipper did not package items
properly. If you open it, do so with the driver there and tale photos.

Every shipping company has to protect itself against fraud, so do not be upset
with UPS. It is not always their fault. I have received many a shipment in 20
years that was very poorly packaged, just asking for the items to be damaged.
The latest being a laptop computer in a boa way too big with hardly anything for
packing. It is amazing how many places think that their package will be treated
like an egg crate.
