Ha. I took a new recruit to a ride. She's 110 lbs. and solid muscle. She
can bench press 100 lbs...and she's gorgeous. :-P Well, she's good on a
horse, except that she tends to ride with her stirrups long and pump to
post. She had a bad tear in her knee and has to. In 50 miles she sored
the horse's back horribly.  Sure made me feel better.  So, weight and
fitness are nice, but if I have to choose between that and a centered
rider, I'll take the centered rider.
