Electrolytes

I don't know what is available where you live but Endura-Max by Kentucky Equine
Research is the best I've used. There are many others out there though that are
also good. The Endura-Max is made near where I live but I know it's available
nation and probably world wide. I've had good results with it in the few CT
rides I've participated in. You should also go to the Ridecamp Archives
and type in "electrolyte" and read the hits. You may get a lot of info there
since there have been several threads on this subject not too long ago. Good
Luck.
