Ok, here's something you might want to try--daily muscle stimulator 
treatments of the area. There is at least one paper written on this 
technique, and I have more than 100 clients who have successfully used muscle 
stimulation to treat bows and suspensories--some of them old, hard, scar 
tissue-laden injuries. I'm very optimistic that this will help.
