Question: who else had problems finding feed at the stops? I know that where 
hay and water are promised - and then not delivered - no amount of pre-ride 
prep on my part will compensate for that. Since I have rarely enjoyed the 
luxury of a crew, I always ask about that. I don't generally carry hay along 
- a carrot and a Snickers bar for our stallion yes :) but not hay or bran and 
such. Just wondering.
