garbage everywhere

Hello Fellow riders,
I have been out riding this weekend like all of you and I have to say
there are some really sick people out there today people who pollute
our beautiful country with stinking garbage.
I live in Nevada where there are some bueatiful trails but there is
alot of garbage blowing around to. I think we should inforce a fine
to people who are caught dumping garbage out on public trails.
I have been out numerous times on trail clean ups.
Don't we want to preserve some of our nations beautiful trails?
