I have Fred in my research data somewhere---he was at Tevis the following
year ('98, I think) with his new owner, but was pulled fairly early for
lameness, don't remember the exact problem.  The name is probably in the
Tevis website, or I could look it up if anyone was really losing sleep over
it.
