With the white ME brand on her right shoulder. We bred, raise, trained,
conditioned and started her in endurance. Tourmaline is the last filly
produced by HMR Hallany and out of the late Amiri Treekta.  We are Proud of
her.

As the one who marked the trail and measured it, the trail
is 98.6 miles.  The finishing time was 8:58, a new course
record.  Conditions were perfect, footing was great. We
had 4 extra water sets than in previous years in case the
weather turned off really hot.

The 50 was won by Dawn Sanchez.  (sorry, don't know her
finishing time)  BC was Barb Kozol.  (I think she was 4th)
The 100 was won by Roxi Anderson, and BC went to 3rd place,
Marcia Smith riding Saamson.

I want to personally thank Jennifer's husband and friend
(sorry, don't know your names) for helping me set out all
the signs and ribbons to flag the crews to the vet checks.
They wanted to drive the "circle" the night before the
race, and happily agreed to put my signs out at the same
time.
