Yes, it is--however, a great many Arabs drop quickly with less conditioning 
than most non-Arabs do.  Again, a very individual thing, and not a trait that 
ALL Arabs have, nor one that is exclusive to Arabs.  Just more Arabs have it, 
and fewer of other breeds do.
