Update Omni -Quick

I was at the Cal Expo all last week. I had a paper ready to post before
the Lib Run 50, But was too busy to get it off.

I will post after the Od100 - going to crew work and sponsor..

Omni is ok - much review with Dr Kathleen Crandle and the Int Med staff
at Univ Tenn.. we went for a scoping.. all is well


Lib Run 50 very slow in good order - slight problem in VC 1  but a
longer stay and going slow fixed it ..He got better as the day went on
-- finished strong all A to A-  9:13.

Had lots of input form many - some very good and on target - some not..
Biltmore was just a small 'glitch' - 

Will write it all up after od100.
