I would like to add to this...indeed when I ride the most, I need less
ibuprofen, fewer chiropractic visits, etc.  I also forgot to mention
earlier that I have started using MSM and have notices that my joints don't
ache like they used to.  If I forget a few days because I get busy, my knee
and hip start to ache!  It's not for everyone....it upsets Nelson's stomach
and he can't take it.  But it sure works for me.
