RE: Weight Division Points

There's really no way that the points sytem that AERC uses will
ever be 'fair'. There's almost always an advantage in attending
a small ride (but not too small - 11 starters is perfect).  So the
question of weight division vs overall points is more a matter
of consistency.  

Overall points are determined by overall starters and overall placement.  

Weight division points are determined by overall starters and weight 
division placement. 

Should it be: ?
Weight division points are determined by weight division starters and
weight division points. 

It's never gonna be fair, but should it be consistent?
