Help!

Hi all
The unthinkable happened to me this morning!! My computer crashed taking
with it my programs (which I can reload) but more importantly my address
book! I've spent all day with Norton digging through the deleted
portions of my hard drive trying desperately to find and retrieve it. 
By tracking down some old correspondence I've been able to gleam some
addresses of those who were interested in breeding to Hal and have asked
me for Hal's tape; however I know there were several more who have just
asked me for tapes and I had the names and addresses starred in my book
and saved on my message center (also erased) so PLEASE do not think I
forgot anyone. I am a victim of relying on my computer as my brain and
now look where it got me. Please email me if you asked for a tape and
don't get one this week. Sorry.
(Anyone know how to pry an address book and bookmarks out of an anal
retentive computer who sucked them up in a moment of overload?????)
