That's the beauty of living in a country which still protects freedom of 
expression and more of individual liberty than many other countries (though 
not as much, anymore, as the Constitution promises) . . . I do feel free to 
disagree, and make health decisions for my own horses.
    My post was not meant as an attack on your postition Dr. Newell, which is 
legitimate and does have many adherrents.  It was merely a statement of my 
own position and beliefs, as well as (and more specifically) an attempt to 
balance the information about rabies being discussed on ridecamp.  My point 
is . . . there's another side to the story, which also is a legitimate 
position, and also has adherrents, including "lettered" ones.

<< Feel free to diagree on whether to vaccinate *your* horse. But here in the
 woods, in an endemic area, all my animals are vaccinated regularly.
 
 We have had rabid horses here in Massachusetts.
