I shower in the back of my trailer with a Hotman extreme.   Takes a small 
propane cannister and it's easy to figure out.  All you do is pour water from 
a bucket into the cylinder to heat- comes with shower head, turn the propane 
on, pump a few times and bingo a nice hot 3-5 minute shower.  I put a tarp on 
the floor to keep tootsies clean and I am a happy woman.  If interested their
