Lets hear it from crews

I am not so sure why it is diffacult to get a crew. I am planning to debut 
into doing 100's in about three years. However I don't have many volunteers 
to help me out. Hubby is rather reluctant. I am sure I could pit myself up 
to a fifty but what about a 100? what about doing Tevis where the crew areas 
change from loop to loop? I have a plan of having about 3 seperate crews in 
Tevis. I have done a little research. I hope to go out and crew the year 
before I go. so let the advice begin.
