Literally glitz & glitter:  Eye makeup.  Nose makeup. 
Preferably so shiny that it looks like patent leather.  Selective
and creative shaving (not body clipping, but shaving to the skin!). 
Wedge pads (a real irritation for me).  Not to mention (altho
someone else did) cosmetic surgery.
