On-line ride results now show need for missing Info

We have added a new feature to the on-line ride results so that you can 
now see if there is missing information that the AERC office needs.

We also show what is missing.

R = Rider ID missing
H = Horse ID missing
W = Weight Division info missing

So if your listing in the ride has a *RW* after it - it means that both
your
ID and weight division are not available or correct in the office
records.

This information is now available back to 1996.  It may be especially
useful to check this years rides to make sure the information can be 
corrected within the 30 days after publishing in EN.

We also plan to add a feature later that will let you enter the 
rides you would like to be notified about when they appear on-line.
When the rides results are on-line - you will get an e-mail letting
you know.
