Yes, last March with no snow on the ground, my mare twisted off her 
rt. front broium shoe and had a "suspected" suspensory injury.  Had 
to rehab her back very slowly.  This winter I just left her barefoot as 
my riding time is so limited.

Judy, sore from being bucked off last Sat. 
& Hilary....full of beans after a winter off
