I'm not sure........in WA state, at least, only vets have it. But it's only a
few more bucks than the injection, and really, it's worth every penny. I'm
sold on the nasal vaccine. It's quick, it's easy, no reactions, no lumps on
the horse's neck and best of all the expression on the horse's face when it's
administered is priceless.
