Gulp. Did I read that correctly, you're willing to pay 25 hundred dollars a
MONTH for RENT? My god, I'd heard that everything was high in California,
but 25 hundred a month!!! Is that normal? Good grief!!! >>
For that size property and that sized house in that area (Santa Clara Valley
.... I will NOT use that horrible name "Silicon Valley") I'd say that rental
is about right on.

Lifetime resident of Santa Cruz County, the one to the west and south of the
area mentioned in the post. The rent here is pretty bad, too, and just try
and find a place that has the specs the writer mentioned! You see, Santa
Clara and Santa Cruz Counties are the California centers of the computer
industry, and that means .... costly!
