I don't use that word, but some of my black coworkers use that and worse
to describe each other.  Is it not strange that one person can use a word
and no one gets offended, but if I were to use it (white, female) I would
be labeled as racist.  I never judge people by their skin color, but I
have met some real "poor white trash" as well as some of the other
labels.  Actions speak louder than skin color in my book!
