Monday, September 1
    Camping in the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest is allowed for up to two weeks in the same spot. If you arrive early and would prefer to camp in Trout Lake with access to the electricity and pasture, contact Zoe Woods at jelly@gorge.net for a list of fields and homes available.

Friday, September 5
    Definite entries due to PAC

Monday, September 8
    9am-noon: First Vet Exam (Group 1, zone sign up upon arrival into camp)
    9am-5pm PAC OFfice open
    Noon: Bishops Catering open for business at ride site
    Noon: Showers arrive

Tuesday, September 9
    9am-5pm FEI Advanced Level Endurance Course (part I)
    9am-5pm PAC OFfice open
    9am Trade show vendors set up. Trade show contact: griggsi@attbi.com

Wednesday, September 10
    8am-5pm: PAC Office open
    9am-11am: FEI Advance Course (Part II)
    11am-5pm: Veterinary course and FEI course officials to set up vet gates
    Noon-5pm: FEI Officials set up P&R and vet checks.
    6pm: FEI Officials meeting with Chef d'equipes
    7pm: Vet Commission meeting and dinner sponsored by Bayer Corporation at Hollenbeck Park in Trout Lake

Thursday, September 11
    8am-11am: Tour of trail for FEI officials and photographers
    8am-5pm: PAC Office open
    8am-5pm: all vet checks open for inspection
    9am-11am: First Vet Exam (Part III, for last teams into camp)
    Noon: all horse must have completed First Vet Exam
    1pm: FEI Officials meeting with the Chef d'equipes (with trail briefing from OC)
    3pm: Vet check managers briefing
    4pm: Opening ceremony
    7pm: Welcome banquet and music. Raffle horse presentation. Kerrits fashion show.

Friday, September 12
    8am-5pm PAC office open
    8am-5pm all vet checks open for inspection
    8:30am: scribes briefing
    9am: volunteers briefing
    9am and 12:00 noon. First inspection (in alphabetical order) for each country. immediately followed by weigh-in, dress & tack inspection
    1:30pm: Treatment vets meeting
    2pm: FEI officials meeting with Chef d'equipes
    6pm: Regional intrigue
    7pm: Volunteer briefing

Saturday, September 13
    3:30am: Breakfast available at Bishops Catering
    4:30am: Check-in at marshalling area
    5am: Start of the FEI Pan American Endurance Championship
